Our goal is for everyone to return home safely at the end of each day. NM Projects currently uses Safe365 to monitor health and safety, and we're working towards achieving Site Wise certification. Additionally, our joint venture company, MVM Group, is Totika qualified.

Nela is a skilled and experienced tradesman, as well as a Licensed Building Practitioner. Beginning his career as an apprentice, he has amassed extensive knowledge in building and construction, having worked on a diverse range of bespoke residential and large-scale commercial development projects. Known for his "can-do" attitude, Nela consistently tackles challenges with a solutions- oriented approach, applying his hands- on expertise to resolve on-site issues and ensure project timelines stay on track. As one of the directors of MVM Group Limited and the director of NM Projects, Nela has successfully managed multiple projects simultaneously, delivering positive outcomes across the board.

Liu Mesake is an entrepreneur in the construction industry, helping to lead the operations of both NM Projects Limited and MVM Group Limited. With a strong background in administration and community service, Liu excels in program management, bringing excellent organizational and leadership skills to her role. Her expertise includes efficiently managing staff onboarding, overseeing personnel, and ensuring adherence to safety protocols.
